Today, Fargo Elim is excited to announce the public phase of its “Returning Home” capital campaign. This campaign aims to close a $1 million gap in funding to help build a state-of-the-art care center, replacing the building that was lost in a fire.
Each year, the NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence recognizes exceptional commercial buildings after an evaluation of their project development, sustainability, architecture, design and other factors. This year, Cassia’s new Haven Homes Senior Health and Living campus in Maple Plain received the Award for Distinctive Properties in Minnesota in the Senior Living category.
Dr. Al Ohrt is a retired radiologist and longtime supporter of Fargo Elim. His wife Phyllis moved to Fargo Elim when her need for care increased. After her passing, Dr. Ohrt gave a generous gift in Phyllis’s memory to launch an endowment fund for staff nursing scholarships.
